Peat Chimney - Rob Roy

Ingredients

60ml Peat Chimney Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

30ml Red/Sweet Vermouth

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

cocktail cherry & orange zest to garnish 


Method 

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir well over good quality ice. 

Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry and orange zest.
