INGREDIENTS

 

50ml Wemyss Malts The Hive Whisky

20ml Fresh lime juice

12 to 16 Fresh mint leaves

12.5ml Orange blossom honey

30ml Ginger ale

Garnish Large sprig of fresh mint

Glass Hi-ball

 
 

Method

 

Build first four ingredients into glass and muddle mint to extract aroma and flavour (essential oils). Make sure honey has combined and softened. Add crushed ice and mix gently careful not to over-dilute. Charge and top with ginger ale
