The Notes

Nose: Light salted notes. A little sea. Pepper. Yeast. Later, you can find sweet raisins underneath. Caramel to follow.

Palate: Sweet and salty. Dark fruit, dried plums, spices, cinnamon and white pepper. Pretty thick and oily

Finish: Medium-long finish. Salt.
