Peat Chimney - Penicillin


50ml Peat Chimney Blended Malt Scotch Whisky 

25ml lemon juice 

20ml honey 

ginger syrup

lemon wheel to garnish


Shake all ingredients together with ice. 

Strain into a rocks glass over large cubed ice. 

Garnish with a lemon wheel.
