We are pleased to introduce the latest addition to our Single Cask Collection: a 14-year-old Glen Moray whisky, carefully selected by our Production Director, Isabella Wemyss. This limited release embodies the depth and character that only a single cask whisky can deliver.

Why This Cask?

Isabella chose this cask for its distinctive balance of fruit and oak. "The nose immediately captured me with its green apple and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, the tropical flavours, such as mango and peach, are met with a warming oak finish, which is what makes this cask stand out," she explains.

Why ‘The Guest List’?

The name ‘The Guest List’ reflects the exclusivity of this bottling. With only 351 bottles produced, it’s akin to being part of an intimate event—carefully curated and reserved for those who appreciate something rare and exceptional.

Glen Moray Distillery

Glen Moray, located in Speyside, is renowned for producing whiskies with a refined and approachable character. This cask, laid down in 2008 and matured in a hogshead, highlights the distillery’s talent for creating complex yet harmonious whiskies.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Fruity, with notes of mango, pear, and peach, supported by a gentle oak and custard backdrop.
• Palate: A fuller body than the nose suggests, with tropical fruit flavours and a subtle oak influence.
• Finish: Warming and moreish, with a lingering sweetness and oakiness.
