SINGLE CASK SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY
Nose: This triple distilled whisky delivers fresh straw and citrus notes combined with a mineralic crispness reminiscent of a jar of preserved lemons. A hint of sweet balsamic, lychee and vanilla tart deepens the overall aroma.
Palate: Dry and slightly tart at first with lemon, green grape and boiled sweets. As with the aroma, Vanilla and cereal notes intensify, delivering pancetta, banana custard and pretzel dough.
Finish: Expect some wood spice but overall a fresh citric finish.
