SINGLE CASK SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY
Nose: Warming aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, orange oil and caramel evoke cinnamon snaps, ginger biscuits and pumpkin pie. A deeper polished wood note and saffron intertwine with the creamy cereal and malt notes often associated with this unpeated Islay malt.
Palate: Soft and gentle supported with a waxy, full body. Flavours of barley sugar and warming delicate spices balance perfectly with refined citrus notes such as bergamot to evoke earl grey tea, toasted teacakes, sweetened brioche buns.
Finish: Lingering ginger and spicy finish, similar to hob nobs dipped in earl grey tea.
