Wemyss Malts source casks from distilleries across Scotland for our single cask range.

Each cask chosen for bottling is representative of the best characteristics of that region and the name given to each whisky reflects the unique aromas and flavours found within the bottle.

Single cask whisky is unique in that it is a snapshot of the distillery on one day of production and they type of cask it has been matured in.

Depending on age and cask type, we can bottle between 150 – 700 bottles, making each expression unique and highly covetable, as once they are gone, they are gone...
