Peat Chimney - Smoky Colada

Ingredients

50ml Peat Chimney Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

25ml banana liqueur 

60ml coconut cream 

120ml pineapple juice

 

Method 

Add Peat Chimney, pineapple juice, coconut cream and banana liqueur in a blender with a few handfuls of crushed ice and pulse until smooth. 


Pour into glasses and garnish each one with a wedge of fresh pineapple and a Maraschino cherry – cocktail umbrella optional!
