THE HIVE OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml of THE HIVE
- 10ml of sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange zest
METHOD
Stir THE HIVE, sugar syrup and bitters over ice in a mixing glass. Pour the Old Fashioned into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with orange zest.

INGREDIENTS
- 60ml of SPICE KING
- 10ml of sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Orange zest
- Slice of fresh ginger
METHOD
Stir SPICE KING, sugar syrup and bitters over ice in a mixing glass. Pour the Old Fashioned into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with orange zest and a slice of fresh ginger.
EXPLORE SPICE KINGSPICE KING WITH GINGER ALE HIGHBALL
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml of SPICE KING
- 150ml of ginger ale
- Orange wedge
METHOD
Add ice cubes to a highball glass and pour SPICE KING whisky over the ice. Pour the ginger ale to the top of the glass and garnish with an orange wedge.
PEAT CHIMNEY OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml of PEAT CHIMNEY
- 10ml of sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Lemon zest
METHOD
Stir PEAT CHIMNEY, sugar syrup and bitters over ice in a mixing glass. Pour the Old Fashioned into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with lemon zest.
EXPLORE PEAT CHIMNEYPEAT CHIMNEY AND SODA HIGHBALL
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml of PEAT CHIMNEY
- 150ml of soda water
- Fresh mint sprig
METHOD
Add ice cubes to a highball glass and pour PEAT CHIMNEY whisky over the ice. Pour the soda water to the top of the glass and garnish with fresh mint sprig.
THE NECTAR COBBLER
INGREDIENTS
- 35ml NECTAR GROVE or NECTAR GROVE BATCH STRENGTH
- 25ml Plum Liqueur
- Lemon wedge
- Orange wedge
- 1/2 ripe plum
- 2 all spice berries
- Glass: Highball
- Garnish: fresh mint, sliced nectarine and a cinnamon stick
METHOD
Muddle the fruit with the whisky, mix in a cocktail shaker and double strain into a highball glass filled to the top with crushed ice. Swirl the cinnamon stick into the glass and garnish with mint and sliced nectarine.
